Sometimes I want a break just to clear my head. 

When walking the dog doesn't feel enough and hopping on a flight to France is out of the question, I remind myself that a belly laugh is as good as a vacation.

So I look up Miranda Hart on YouTube and watch an episode of her show. It never fails to make me laugh. Really laugh.
