I love the pictures!!
I love the pictures!! I am married to a Bright Winter man, who is now retired and his wardrobe is jeans and flannel shirts. I've learned to look for those flannels that have white (he has a full head of white hair) or a light bright combined with a dark neutral and a palette color - white/black/red or blue, navy and two lighter blue-greens, etc. I hate bias pockets and pocket flaps, so I find about one a year. Long sleeved t-shirts in the dark neutral or palette color, and he is set for the winter! I do think that you should show those swatch samples with the outfits for a winter and a spring group as well.
You know, as much as I’ve read about color analysis over the last 7-8 years, I can honestly say I learned useful tips that I didn’t already know. Thank you!
It has given me inspiration
I have really enjoyed the lipstick course, and it has given me inspiration to try some shades I might not have expected to like. More please! Ailsa
Answered every question I had
You completely nailed it with this course! This answered every question I had. I've been trying to wear bright winter for 3 and a half years now, and I still keep ending up with heavy color combos when I go to actually put outfits together. And I can't get over how helpful it is that you're realistic about lifestyle, shopping, taste, etc. Love love love.
Quick overview
It was understandable. A quick overview of PCA.
Your advice helped a lot
Your online course is excellent, especially the section related to putting outfits together. I rely very much on neutrals. I found your advice on color proportions very useful. One aspect is very interesting to me. And that is how to combine an image archetype to the color analysis result in the outfits. This is an area which I found sometimes difficult but your advice to pay attention to the proportions of the contrasting colors helped a lot to reconcile these two aspects (the example of the violet blazer and the yellow necklace vs. top).
Informative
Great and informative!
