Dear Jorunn, Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience! At first, I was really surprised and couldn‘t believe that I am bright winter, but as you say it‘s the colors that make you come out, rise and shine! You look clean and clear, your eyes are sparkling, your skin looks fresh and radiant, the dark circles under your eyes are gone (even without any make-up). I was first wrongly draped as dark autumn (I looked and felt like a potato in apple mash), then dark winter what was better but still way too dark (I have light olive skin, medium ash brown hair and bright hazel eyes - what seemed to be a little bit tricky at first…). Now, I am starting to embrace these bright winter colors and integrate them into my wardrobe step by step. Started with nail polish, then lipstick (coward…), a magenta top (more daring…) and these small first colorful steps already look amazing and fresh up my black-white outfits. When shopping, comparison is really key to find out the right color within the same spectrum, especially in artificial light. So so helpful to avoid any wrong picks. By attending your course, you learn to understand the basics and how to approach these strikingly beautiful colors that make you step out and bring out the very best of you. Your online course is excellent, especially the section related to putting outfits together. I rely very much on neutrals. I found your advice on color proportions very useful. One aspect is very interesting to me. And that is how to combine an image archetype to the color analysis result in the outfits.This is an area which I found sometimes difficult but your advice to pay attention to the proportions of the contrasting colors helped a lot to reconcile these two aspects (the example of the violet blazer and the yellow necklace vs. top).
