It is so rewarding to repair and fix clothing that you love. And it's not as hard as you might think. And if you are lucky enough to live in a city with a tailor or a shoemaker/cobbler, you can take the items to them and have them repaired. Then you have the double satisfaction of keeping your clothes nice and supporting a local business.
